General terms and conditions when booking tickets and other services on the webstore
These general conditions apply between the responsible seller as a provider and the person himself or through others making a booking on the provider's website. The terms and conditions apply for tickets, activities and purchase of other products and services. Or a combination thereof.

1. Subscriber responsibility
Before making the final order, the subscriber shall be read and familiarize himself with important information about the product concerned. The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the purchase is in accordance with his own wishes. 2. Tickets
The purchase of a ticket requires that the customer has a Skidata Keycard. The Keycard will be recharged by the first pass of a gate. The card is personal and has a serial number (e.g. 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01) that must be used in the online payment solution of webstore to recharge the Keycard with the desired ticket.
Season passes are personal with an image. If used incorrectly, the operator has the right to cancel the pass for the season without a refund.
3. Implementation of your order
After having correctly executed the online payment the subscriber will receive a receipt by e-mail. The receipt will contain all the details of the purchase and can be brought to the ski resort.
The order is not completed and not valid in the following cases:
• Subscriber has not received an email with return receipt or booking confirmation
• Card payment is canceled for various reasons and the payment has failed.
• The payment is not accurate or complete so that the amount is not deducted from the account.
• Thus the provisional, reservation will be cancelled after a short time and the trade is invalid.

4. Payment
Bachei uses a payment solution from Adyen and subscriber may pay with credit card or with online banking system. Third party will not have access to subscriber´s personal information or credit card number. Adyen uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) when transferring personal information. SSL creates a secure (encrypted) connection between subscriber´s computer and Adyen. In this way information is transmitted safely without unauthorized access.
5. Right of withdrawal
The subscriber is entitled for a refund of the ticket only in case of illness or injury which needs to be documented by a medical certificate. For more Information please contact the responsible seller.
